Cancellation & Refund Policy

We reserve a full session for every booking, so we ask for advance notice if your plans change.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session, using the link in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel 48 hours or more before your session: full refund.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before your session: 50% refund.
• Missed sessions without notice (no-shows): no refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

If we need to reschedule

If your provider has to cancel or move your session, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.
