These Terms of Use govern your use of brainmusictherapy.com and the booking of Brain Music Therapy sessions offered through it. The website is operated by Brain Music Inc ("Brain Music", "we", "us"), 3 Columbus Circle, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019. By using the website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Brain Music Therapy is a wellness service. A session includes a brief evaluation, a short EEG recording and personalized music files created from that recording. Sessions are delivered in person by Brain Music or by independent providers listed on the website.

2. Not medical advice

Brain Music Therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Information on the website is provided for general information only. Do not stop or change any prescribed treatment without consulting your physician. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or have any concern about your health, consult your physician before booking a session.

3. Providers

Sessions may be delivered by independent providers. Each provider is responsible for the services they deliver. Brain Music operates the booking and payment platform and receives a share of each payment.

4. Booking and payment

• You book a session by choosing a provider and an available time, and paying online.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on the booking page at the time of booking.
• Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to arrive on time for your session, and to use your personal music files for your own personal use only.

6. Intellectual property

The website, the Brain Music technology and the music files created for you are protected by intellectual property rights, including patents. Your music files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brain Music is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
